Alcune persone hanno protestato per questa decisione e sono nati dei gruppi di resistenza... come era prevedibile visto che molti catanesi a causa dell'incredibile pigrizia non vogliono fare neanche 100 metri a piedi . Un associazione culturale chiamata "La contea" ha pensato di indire un referendum/sondaggio a partire dall'11 luglio in piazza Università (sull'ingresso della ZTL) per vedere se la maggior parte dei cittadini approvano questa decisione. Per questo motivo chiedo a tutti i catanesi di andare ad esprimere il loro parere positivo per una delle poche norme intelligenti che l'amministrazione catanese ha compiuto.
