OGGETTO: Strada “Monte Scanuppia” – disciplina della circolazione stradale. Divieto di transito ai velocipedi.
IL SINDACO
RISCONTRATA la necessità di regolamentare la circolazione veicolare sulla strada comunale che collega l’abitato di Besenello dal ponte del Rio Secco fino al confine della riserva demaniale Monte Scanuppia.
RILEVATO infatti che la predetta strada presenta particolari caratteristiche del tracciato stradale caratterizzata da una accentuata pendenza (45%), da una carreggiata di larghezza assai ridotta, da un fondo in cemento, dalla tortuosità del percorso, nonché dalla pressoché totale assenza di banchine e dalla carenza di protezioni laterali verso le scarpate e che il tutto comporta un certo margine di
rischio per i veicoli che vi transitano;
RITENUTO per quanto sopra dover provvedere alla limitazione del transito veicolare, sia nel numero che nel tipo dei veicoli/velocipidi, nella tutela dell’interesse public and road safety and safety of those concerned;
